Hi there!

Thank you for your interest! I'm thrilled to share our program with you. My mission is to empower women in midlife and beyond to stay strong and healthy throughout their best years. I do this work, because it works! Research strongly supports strength training as an essential form of exercise to improve overall health and long-term quality of life by building muscle, improving body composition, and maintaining and improving bone mineral density, plus much more.

Over the years, I’ve met few trainers who have the knowledge and experience to address midlife-related challenges associated with estrogen decline to create safe and effective workouts for women experiencing muscle loss (sarcopenia), body composition changes, and/or osteopenia and osteoporosis. My business serves to fill this gap.

As a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a former nutrition scientist, I am deeply committed to helping women thrive through proper nutrition and strength training.

Nutrition is vital to maximizing the benefits of strength training and living a healthy life. We focus on small, sustainable changes that improve your diet and lifestyle without drastic overhauls. Our approach is simple: food-first.
