All levels welcome, no prior fitness experience is needed.

  • A free 30-minute initial consultation

  • Individual or group coaching sessions (30-45 minutes), two times a week to enable you to reach your goals (live online)*

  • Fitness Assessments at the start of each program and ongoing to motivate and encourage your progress.  

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support your strength journey and wellness goals. (offered separately)

*In-person training at two locations in Chicago; and in clients’ homes is also available upon request (depending on location). All training requires a minimal amount of equipment.

Combines Functional Strength Training, Resistance Training, and Power Training using only dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to help you build muscle and bone, improve balance and coordination, and perform everyday activities more easily.
